How it Works
Planning your Rwanda adventure is simple and personalized. Here’s how we guide you from the first contact to the start of your journey.

Inquiry & Goals – Share your travel dates, interests (such as biking, hiking, gorilla trekking, or cultural experiences), group size, and preferred comfort level. We will respond within 24–48 hours via email or WhatsApp to better understand your goals and budget.

Tailored Itinerary – Based on your preferences, we design a customized itinerary that includes routes, distances, elevation details, activities, and accommodation options. You can review the plan and request adjustments until it perfectly matches your expectations.

Confirm & Prepare – Once you confirm with a deposit, we finalize all logistics. You will receive a detailed packing list, training recommendations, and all essential trip information. The remaining balance is due before arrival.
Timeline – Most trips are confirmed 2–6 weeks prior to departure. However, gorilla permits and peak-season travel should be arranged well in advance.
Communication – Email is our primary communication channel, but we are also available via phone or WhatsApp for quick updates.
